Where are my products coming from?

At The Dappled Forest, we strive to minimize our impact on the environment. Part of that includes printing our products on demand to reduce over stocking and waste. Your products will be printed in the nearest location to you so they can arrive with less air miles and with quicker shipping. Fulfillment centers include: UK, USA, Latvia, Australia, Spain and Japan. If you are buying more than one item, it may be fulfilled in different locations, so you make receive more than one parcel at different times, so don't panic if you don't receive everything at once.

What if there is an issue with my order?

Please check the size guide to make sure you receive the fit just right for you. We currently don't accept returns, but please get in contact with if you have any issues with your order.

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days
